Guest guest
i WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE FOR HELPING ME FIND THE mIRACLE 2 PRODUCTS. I have this hydration problem as in not getting hydrated, and want to use their moisturizer. I think I got the info from something Kraig said. I do not even know Kraig, but have missed him also. Has anyone heard of Diabetes, or low blood sug. in a dog??? This is a Flat Coat Retriever. She has a story. she is from Mexico, and a woman was vacationing in Baja, her dog was stolen. The end of the story is, the dog was dumped in a certain area that is rural and my granddaughter lived there. The dog was actually starving. Even Julia did not think to feed her. I wanted the dog to make a long story short, she had puppies 10 of them, and of course was in very bad shape I would believe that she lived in a state of starvation for a year. When she got here she even had something like dandruff. When I finally got her right away I started feeding her a very high quality dog food Life's Abundance. I am seeing that she is not playing with the other Lab, she is laying down most of the time. Last night I took some maple syrup. I did not have Karo Syrup, and after she ate it about 1 Tablespoon she was active. pretty soon. It just from what I know about diabetes, just seemed a lot the same as the Hypoglycemia. I will take her to the vet but it is Sat. I am wondering if I should feed her raw food. She is also now, kind of over weight. If it is not one thing it is the other. I love this dog and want her to have a good life. The dog is one dog in 5,000. sharonGet trade secrets for amazing burgers. Watch "Cooking with Tyler Florence" on AOL Food. Dogs are carnivores, and their bodies are not designed to properly metabolize or assimilate the high concentrations of carbohydrates contained in these kind of foods. >>> I am wondering if I should feed her raw food. YES! This is EXACTLY what you should feed her. Beneath the surface, dogs are physiologically and anatomically nearly identical to gray wolves. Their teeth and digestive systems were designed by Mother Nature to thrive on a combination of raw meat, raw meaty bones and raw organs, and the most ideal way to feed them is by using Nature's model of a prey animal as a guide. This is knows as feeding a raw prey model diet. Virtually all commercial pet foods - even the expensive and so-called 'natural' ones - are cooked to death and highly processed, and many of them contain some very, very nasty and/or inappropriate ingredients for carnivores like dogs to eat. No dog was ever born to eat this sort of junk! And the fact that so many people are feeding their pets a steady diet of this kind of crap their whole lives is a huge factor in why so many pets these days are suffering from so many different kinds of chronic degenerative diseases. Here are some links that will help you better understand what you should be feeding your dog, as well as why and how: http://rawfeddogs.net/ http://rawfed.com/ http://www.rawmeatybones.com/ And here are a couple of excellent forums you can join where you can get expert advice and support from thousands of people who have many, many years of experience feeding their dogs this way. http://pets.rawfeeding/ http://pets.NaturalRawDog/ Feeding your dog a diet of raw, whole foods, the way Nature intended for her to eat, is the healthiest, most natural thing in the world for her. If you look over the archives of these lists, you'll find story after story of people with sick and diseased dogs that often respond beautifully to being fed this way, and in many cases enjoy remarkable improvements in their health and well being. elan
Guest guest
Hi, I'm Marc, I read a lot of Siberian Husky group mail, and they seem to suggest raw vs a lot of other choices, guess there more protien that not cooked out, I've tried it on mine (Siberians and a Shepherd), I don't give them too much so I would suggest giving her too much at first, I don't know rule of thumb for the size of the dog, age etc, on what is a good amount, you can read a lot of their mail or even ask them questions to help you, Many of them work in Rescues and Animal Shelters so they're always seeing pups in very poor shape both physically and mentally, They own other breeds also along with their SIberians, but the group is geared towards Siberians. I've learned so much from them just by reading, Go check it out, Don't be afraid to introduce yourself and touch on their knowledge, Its an unbelievable group.
