Svetlana: You have made a daring move and congratulations. Sunlight is a major source of Vitamin D. I live up the road in Estonia and I have had to add many supplements of Vitamins and minerals to my diet, as the food supply is depleted. I just recently found a good source for natural raw milk and eggs, but I will still supplement big time.
