I have made my own bread for years. When my shoulders went bad I had trouble kneading the bread so bought a bread machine. I am on my fourth machine--wore the others out! For my husband's white bread I use a recipe that came with our second machine. Really liked it. I have yet to find something I like for my gluten free bread.

Re: Phase out all the poison they put in our food

Apologies in advance (I may have seen it here) but does anybody make their own bread? Are those bread machines worthwhile? Anyway I saw an article which said the best bread was homemade sourdough, with homemade yeast culture. (from flour and water??)

I use my bread machine all the time. I like it because I know the

ingredients going into my bread! I have an Oster and it works very well.
