Guest guest
I have made my own bread for years. When my shoulders went bad I had trouble kneading the bread so bought a bread machine. I am on my fourth machine--wore the others out! For my husband's white bread I use a recipe that came with our second machine. Really liked it. I have yet to find something I like for my gluten free bread. Are those bread machines worthwhile? Anyway I saw an article which said the best bread was homemade sourdough, with homemade yeast culture. (from flour and water??) I have an Oster and it works very well. , " Hill8628 " <Hill8628 wrote: > > I have made my own bread for years. When my shoulders went bad I had trouble kneading the bread so bought a bread machine.
