My email software already has a feature called "Return Receipts." Why do I need pointofmail? The truth is, "Return Receipts" almost never works. The vast majority of all email software and users in the world do not support Return Receipts, and the few that do support usually disable it by default. In the rare case that you send mail to someone who supports Return Receipts, the recipient is prompted with a rude and intrusive confirmation message, by default, suggesting to cancel the notification. With pointofmail.com, you choose how or if your recipient gets prompted. The default is always to send email confirmation when the recipient reads an email. Return to Questions

What is the Certified Email Tracking ModeWhen you send certified email, it is time-stamped, assigned a serial number and digitally signed. The recipient is notified that the email is certified. Return to Questions

What is Official Registered Email Tracking Mode?If you choose Official email mode, the recipient will have to confirm that he opened the email, and only after he will be able to read the email, and confirmation of reading will be sent. The recipient will not know who sent the email, where it came from or its subject until he confirms that he opened the email. If he does not agree to confirm he opened the email, he will not be able to read it, and will not know who the email was from, or its subject. Same is true for attachments. This process is patent pending.
