In fact my next one, I will put half the " flavor " in, shake then add the rest, and shake some more. The " cocktail " doesn't taste good, and the flavor doesn't help much, yet it is better then without. The instructions will tell you to skip an hour if you become ill. I skipped 2 hours and the test was fine. Occult blood years ago, started me on a series of colonoscopies. My insides were that of an 80 yr. old man on skid row. I quit drinking. Also insist on something for pain, and to knock you out, because you don't want to feel anything.. My Dr. gave me something to make me forget the proceedure.
