Guest guest
Hi Leonie, The symptoms you are experiencing are more than likely detox symptoms. MSM DOES detox, very much so The key is to start of at low dose, 1/4 teaspooon at the most combined with ascorbic powder Vit C and MSM work synergistically. Slowly increasing the dose until you get to 1 table spoon even, but backing off if detox symptoms are not too pleasant. The Book: The Miracle of MSM, the Natural Solution for Pain, has many pages on how to deal with Rheumatoid Arthritis if embarking on a MSM protocol. Guest guest
Yes Hanneke, you are right to tell Leonie this - and I meant to say it in my last post. When all those impurities start leaving your body, you do feel in fact "sick". Drinking water helps a lot too. Ann.
