Guest guest
Yeah, That's no way to treat food. In the first place, livestock can be grown humanely and organically. Slaughtering can be taught in such a manner where there is less stress for the animal. Such is done with the Halal label. I've tried RAW vegan 2 months and I've tried RAW fruitarian 2 months. Pretty good for cleaning me out. But not for rebuilding body build and muscles. So I switched to Wai Diet, this includes raw organic egg yolks and wild raw fish. But it was boring, and not satisfying enough so I added raw grass fed FATTY beef and raw grass fed goat meat and innards to my diet. Still raw, still healthy, more satisfying, sustainable and easy. Even my kids love it. See my kids have a happy time with raw sirloin beef: http://www.myhealthblog.org/2008/04/29/raw-beef-eating-children-enjoy-tender-top\ -round-cut-for-health/ Raw animal foods are also healing foods. Add this to your toolkit of healing. I've expanded mine. Guest guest
Edwin there's a great YouTube video of a guy who lives on raw veges - and he's built. Hanneke may have posted it here a while back What I loved about cooking in a bio-dynamic kitchen was that the food is treated with such respect and love. I cooked at a Steiner School for a couple of years. Despite my admiration of Gerson I decline to eat raw liver. Jane " Edwin Casimero " <eesc ) Yeah, That's no way to treat food. Guest guest
Yes, I know there are built people on raw vegan. There are people also built and they are raw fruitarian like Richard Blackman, the fruitarian one. So I tried their diets but was unsuccessful. Maybe my body is not the same as theirs and maybe the vegs and fruits in my area are not the same as what they got there. So far adding raw animal foods has done wonders for my health. Guest guest
I was surprised that he was on the raw diet - and I also wondered how the Gerson patients look after years even on the G diet - i wonder if they are all thin? I have been vegetarian for so long now - although my mouth instinctively waters at the smell of meat cooking - sometimes - but then frankly my mouth watered when the diathermy machine was used in surgery - what a terrible thing to say - but its the truth - the body has its own reflexes - or maybe I hadn't had breakfast that day - at the same time I have no desire to eat meat - especially having read all the info on this list Jane " Edwin Casimero " <eesc > Yes, I know there are built people on raw vegan. Guest guest
Different strokes for different folks is the way I see it. I make http://www.curemanual.com , I'm a hobby healer, I know a couple of things, the basics of health and some tips and tricks, what I learned is that different diets work for different people at different times in their lives. We all just want to live and be cured and will do whatever it takes. Even if you are too squeamish to eat raw liver. There are times when it is called for.
