Guest guest
Lovely to read about your Estonia experiences and at the same tie disappointing to read how they are getting sucked in to the worst of the EU & amazing they are not GMO - with the kidney formula you are taking do you notice any improvement in symptoms or were you still comfortable despite the stones? The mixture sounds very similar to the detox I started today - there is the Gut detox, then a kidney detox which includes parsley, gravel root, hydrangea root, marshmallow root, bearbery leaf, ginger root, golden rod and solidago - I do the intestine detox first and then the kidneys - then the liver last. It will be interesting to see what impact they all have over all. Do you practise Alt Med over there or are you just studying? Best, Jane - Craig Rawlings Thursday, May 08, 2008 3:40 AM Re: Re: WHAT'S IN YOUR MULTIPLE VITAMIN? How amazing - don't they have free range organic eggs in Estonia? Way out into the country side you can get some, but they stopped the selling of them at the local open air market at the time we joined the EU or better pronounced as Eee-uck, in terms of maintaining the great natural food supply chain that had existed here for thousands of years. Now we have endless meters of hundreds of types of chips and junk food. In just a few short years the natural food chain here has been disintegrated. Only the few lucky people who know or have relatives in the country can get naturally grown vegetables, meat, milk, free range chickens, goat milk, natural cheese and home brewed wine and vodka. What is the health service like thereWe have social medicine and it is great. I am Danish from ancestry, American citizen. Moved here from New Mexico eight years ago. As a guest alien I pay 38 USD per month to be on the system. I can see my doctor any time,,she can run any test with all the latest equipment fresh from Germany, ( my LP [life partner] thought I snored to loud so the Doc arranged a complete MRI to check out my entire nasal passages, deviated septum but not worth doing anything about)I just had a gall stone attack, they ran all tests and I informed them that I wanted to try the natural flush, did it twice, they ran ultra-sounds after each flush and the first time showed the 9 stones that came out, the second time showed the one that was left. They were amazed but open and friendly, and questioning the western medicine ways a little more. - what sort of illnesses do they have there? not much, the Estonians are all tall handsome people, aka Carmen Cass who comes from here. I see there health goin down hill as the commercialized food system invades. However, the EU has seen fit to keep GMO foods out, which is a good thing. Same as the rest of the world? Yes with things like measles, mumps etc., What are the national characteristics? Tall, very fit, mostly blond, very quiet and shy, educated and intelligent people that unfortunately were occupied by the Russians at the end of WWII without the world coming to their rescue for 50 years. Having nursed British origin elderly patents for ever I was impressed to find the elderly Dutch had beautiful hands and feet - not distorted by arthritis - despite all the bad publicity about milk and milk products I assumed that this was in part due to a great deal of dairy in their diet right from childhood. I grew up on fresh raw milk, eggs, chicken , beef, corn, beans, etc., on a ranch in Idaho. So very similar to life in Estonia only a few years ago. I watched it change in Idaho and now my parents drink re-mixed 2- % pasteurized, water they dare call milk. And now I am watching it change in little Estonia. We do get great wild Salmon that is to die for, and sprats and such from the Baltic Sea. There is still some life and nutrients in these fish. The environment is clean and fresh with ancient bogs and 50% of the country is in forest, teaming with dear, elk, boar, and thousands of other creatures. We only worry about the politics from Russia, thay want to invade the world again, and trying to get our economy on a level footing instead of the vast fluctuations of a new country.Thats about it. I will be happy to answer any specific questions. I have been a health, alternative medicine student for only eighteen years. But I have been fortunate enough to travel half of the planet, and have experience with many herbal medicines from the middle east, Brazil, Chile, Russia etc.,Right now I am getting rid of unwanted kidney stones. The ultrasound showed one each medium sized stone in each of my kidneys. I found a local remedy from Poland in a tube called, gosh I can't read the label as it is in Polish. It contains root extract from parsley, with a bunch of wheat and grass extracts. I mix it in a cup of hot water and drink it like tea after each meal and it tastes like shit. It claims to work and dissolve the stones in 3 to 4 weeks. I am into the second week. My Doc said she will schedule a new sound at the end of 4 weeks and we will see if this works.Nice writing to you. Craig

Do you practise Alt Med over there or are you just studying?I am a semi-retired 61 yr old executive and also a journalist. I spend most of my time now writing business and other magazine articles. I have studied and self-practiced Alt Med for sixteen years. Craig
Guest guest
So you managed to eliminate them in less than the 4 weeks - excellent! Can you tell us what you used for the gall stones? Guest guest
So you managed to eliminate them in less than the 4 weeks - excellent! Can you tell us what you used for the gall stones? For removal of the Gall stones I used the Extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. It was very horrible to drink, but the first flush I removed 9 stones, I had an ultra sound three days later and there was still one stone left, so I did it again, had another sound and it was gone. I used the Polish tube of parsley root and grass extract. It tastes better but still not all that great. It says on the tube that you can add sugar to it, but I don't use sugar at all so I used it without. At the the last ultra sound the kidney stones were gone. I am waiting now for the results of my second full blood work, should be ready tomorrow, and I will give you the uric acid levels, which is a big indicator of the condition of my liver, it should be improved. One side contra-indication of the parsley root extract, it creates severe dry mouth. Each morning my mouth would be completely dry. However, it also helped my entire urinary system. As a 61 year old, my stream has been getting weaker and weaker. I have been taking Saw Palmetto for five years now and it has helped tremendously, but if I drink too much alcohol at times, I would still have frequent and small streams. Now I have full and strong streams as if I were a teenager, even when drinking too much alcohol. I have stopped taking it now and will use it only about once a month for three days at a time, for maintenance, as I am sure the dry mouth is an indicator of other bad things if I use this too much. This brings up a rule I follow. I NEVER take mega-doses of anything. Once I realize a deficiency, I take a recommended dosage for a while, and then I start to reduce it. I take very small doses of the herbs I now consume and I have learned how to feel the differences in my body. Also I never ever drink 8 glasses of water. I think it is a mistake to flush oneself with so much water every day. I drink water when I am thirsty. I let my body tell me when it is time to have a drink. I think the dehydration thing which is discussed to no end is very overboard. I will drink more water on purpose when I use the urinary flush for kidney stones, though, for the three days I use it. Guest guest
Hi Craig, I have 2 questions please? 1) when you did that flush with the olive oil & lemon juice to get rid of gallstones, could you tell us the ratio you used to make that concoction, and also did you have any pain while the 9 gallstones were leaving your body?? 2) what was it you used to get rid of kidney stones? how much of that did you take, and how do you prepare it for consumption? P.S. Thanks for your two cents about the water drinking. I have always felt that same way - Every time I tried to make myself consume the "recommended" 6 to 8 bottles of water a day, I feel physically sick. Supports the fact that one actually can "flood" themselves with too much water. Remember those water drinking contests where people died from drinking too much water too fast? SCARY! I'm with you, I'll follow my instincts. Ann. http://www.annshrader.myarbonne.com Craig Rawlings <craig Sent: Tuesday, May 13, 2008 9:52:49 AMRe: Craig // Re: Re: WHAT'S IN YOUR MULTIPLE VITAMIN? I didn't make a concoction,. After I read all the cures on the web, some of which have concoctions, I chose this one: drink 400 ml, (about 14 oz) of extra virgin olive oil with 150 ml (about 5 oz) of fresh squeezed lemon juice. I suggest you google gall stone cure and you can read the different methods. I analysed my stool as explained and found the stones. It is very hard to keep down as I wanted to throw it up at each swallow of oil, but somehow managed. I felt slight pangs from the area where the gall bladder sits throughout the night, but they had stopped by 0600. No stones in the stool that day, but they were in the stool the next am and a few more in the next days stool. some cure receipes call for other ingredients that cause diarrhea but I didn't see how that could help, so I opted for one that didn't and it worked fine for me. 2) what was it you used to get rid of kidney stones? how much of that did you take, and how do you prepare it for consumption?I used these product made in Poland, but didn't add the sugar. It doesn't taste great, but one can get it down. It claims to take 4 to six weeks, by scan (sound) show each of my stones gone in three and one half weeks with this stuff. FITOLIZIN (Phitolysin) *. The product is a soft-paste consistency, green and brown color with a specific flavour. Contains extracts of plants: parsley root, root length, the grass field hvoscha, birch leaves, grass Montagnard avian and others, as well as oil-dining, shalfeynoe, pine, orange and vanillin. Provides mochegonnoe, anti, skin effect. Apply for breaking up and removing urinary konkrementov (I believe this word translates to stones) and facilitates their removal from the urine. Accepted 1 tea spoon in 1 / 2 cup warm sugared water 3 times a day after meal. Loosening konkrementov slow. Form release: in the box to 100 g Storage: in a cool place. Produced in Poland. Guest guest
I have something called "Stonebreaker Tea" which is meant to break up various stones - it comes from South America but I haven't tried it yet Jane Hi Craig, I have 2 questions please? 1) when you did that flush with the olive oil & lemon juice to get rid of gallstones, could you tell us the ratio you used to make that concoction, and also did you have any pain while the 9 gallstones were leaving your body??
