Jane, I have been using it from time to time and I get mine from http://www.purityproducts.com/dept.asp?dept%5Fid=38

I use the Ultimate HA formula. I was in a motorcycle accident in 72 and my right leg was broken and ended up 3/8 of an inch shorter than the other. That threw my hip into an angle and years later the hip started aching on the low side. I searched around and found this stuff. After two days of taking it my hip stopped hurting. I just take it occasionally now and it does the job. There are five different formulas of it. I have the three bottle auto ship plan to save money.

No I don't. I do buy bulk MSM and put it into capsules that I take with my daily vitamins and minerals. MSM is very similar to DMSO and is a carrier to help carry all those vitamins into my system faster and more thoroughly. MSM will also penetrate skin and I read where you can powder an aspirin and mix it into a MSM solution and place over aches and bruises and the MSM will carry the aspirin right into the damaged area. I have also read where some race horse owners will bandage up muscle and tendon sprains on their horses and saturate the bandage with MSM.

I am not familiar with CMO.
