Detox Day 1 with Elaine's Permission

Some time ago I was given permission to post our detox efforts publically on

the list - a few of you were interested in joining us and doing the detox

with us but so many of my replies to you all were returned as undeliverable

that I gave up trying to reach you all and guess that if anyone is

interested we can do it together on the list. I can get all the items we

chose to use at wholesale prices from my local organic herbal supplier so

you can still join in if you want - I will give the details here. Just

remember that the freight costs to the US will probably double the total

costs and all that will also take time with payment etc.

 

Today I took the required 10 drops TDS of the TriPlex - this is based on Dr

Hulda Clark's original anti-parasitic formula. (TDS = three times daily)

 

Fresh organic apple and carrot juice is all I have taken so far as I have

not been hungry at all and could do with a little weight reduction.

 

Tonight my organic veges get delivered and I have ordered a heap of carrots,

apples, celery and root ginger so that I can keep up the fresh juices

through the week. One of my patients gave me several bags of fresh lemons so

I will put a little lemon juice in with that and I also have fresh beetroot,

kale and spinach coming with my order.

 

This is where I found my herbal tinctures locally, there are three bottles,
