BlankWhitman and the EPA need to be held accountable for what was done to New York citizens in the wake of the 9/11 mess. This ruling is wrong, and if those judges do not see that, then they need to be replaced! You and I both know that those people would not have returned home, had they been told the air was still toxic. There are too many illnesses and deaths from this fiasco. It is time to get rid of the EPA and replace those judges!
