Thank you Vita, I've been seeing this. For the lists, be alerted

folks. This is why I tell people do not use anything that says

artificial and natural flavors. This umbrella of flavors means "we

have something you wouldn't like to use and we're hiding it from you

so you won't know". This did not require FDA approval and today FDA

approval doesn't mean anything anyway. Take a drug like Ambien CR,

FDA approved, which I used and got optic neuritis. With all the

complaints a competent FDA that wasn't Big Pharma's Washington Branch

office and cared about safe food and drugs would immediately take it

off the market. The FDA simply told the company to use stronger

warnings. In other words, let them know they can lose their sight or

die, like four people in the UK. You have to consider you have no

protector like their own FDA toxicologist, Dr. Adrian Gross told

Congress in l985: "If the FDA violates the law who is left to

protect the public?" Today we are on our own. The FDA is simply

there for what they can get from the drug industry and allows

dangerous drugs and additives on the market. If scientific peer

reviewed research comes out showing something is dangerous like

aspartame they ignore it or rebut. In the case of aspartame they

have ignored over 100 studies. If a product makes the news the FDA

says they will "probe" and like other dangerous products ignore the issue.

You see the companies involved below, so you know to immediately

boycott them. Secondly, this is a time in history when you must go

back to scratch and not used processed foods. They are no longer safe.

Be warned Senomyx is now in your food under artificial

flavors. Don't ever buy a product that has them. If you see a

product with a bunch of names you can't pronounce or you don't know

what they are, don't put them in your mouth. As Dr. Roberts says,

"When in doubt throw it out".

Read on about Senomyx. Let your friends know its best to be safe

than sorry. New campaign - go back to scratch.

It's time to write Congress more letters against the FDA. They don't

even follow the laws. I wrote a petition for ban of aspartame and

the law requires 180 days to answer. It's been 6 years. The

amendment on an imminent health hazard should be answered in 10 to 14

days. This was filed in October. As their own FDA toxicologist,

Dr. Jacqueline Verrett, wrote in her book, the FDA needs to be replaced.

Also, Dr. Russell Blaylock has an excellent newsletter that will give

you good tips, www.russellblaylockmd.com I've d for years.
