Hello,

As some of you may know I'm the author of http://www.curemanual.com and

in it I suggest a wide range of diets... as long as it does not involve

grains, beans, potatoes.

If your digestive system is wrecked, you may need to go raw vegan / raw

fruitarian for a month or do some orange juice fasting first. But once

your digestive system has healed, it's time for some serious nutrition.

For serious nutrition and body rebuilding I recommend a raw paleolithic

diet, carefully upping the content or raw organic animal foods, more raw

fats intake, raw internal organs like raw liver and raw kidneys which

are bursting with nutrition, will blow away your supplements.

I joined this called rawpaleodiet , here you

can discuss with people who have been on Raw Paleolithic Diets for quite

some time and they know quite a lot about real healing as many of them

have gone around the raw circles from raw vegan, to raw fruitarian too.

Raw Paleolithic Diet eats the same raw vegan and raw fruits too, with

the addition of raw animal foods like eggs, fish, land animal muscles,

internal organs, brains, marrow, suet, etc.

The core group built a new forum / public message board. Do visit,

don't just browse, join up and register. Visit http://www.rawpaleoforum.com

I hope exposure to the RPD group will widen the tools of healing for

those who are stuck in the raw vegan or cooked meat world. Raw meat is

a separate class of foods and work far differently from cooked meat.

Good skill everyone,

Edwin
