Guest guest
Hi, After many touchy days and sleepless nights, I realize I need to find a different or additional way to alleviate my son's teething pains. Up until yesterday I had only used " teething tablets " that dissolve under the tongue (thanks Amy!) and they worked well. Their effectiveness just isn't lasting long enough, and right now may not be potent enough. From the looks if it, there are going to be quite a few teeth popping through around the same time-ouch! After dinner yesterday I broke down and gave him infant Tylenol, and it worked wonders. I prefer not to continue to use it though, so what else can I use? In addition or instead of the teething tabs, are there any natural things I could try? Thanks Susie Sent from my iPod touch.
Guest guest
I suppose you've tried all the old fashioned methods already? such as freezing a wet washcloth and letting him suck on it while it's really cold, and rubbing baby orajel on his gums? Also extra naps during the day and soothing baths and massages help. When my daughter was an infant the tylenol did the trick for me also, but I only used it when we were flying on a plane or traveling in the car or going to see relatives at their house or something, just so she wouldn't be screaming and making everyone cringe. Guest guest
Dear Troubled teeth, I can sympathies with you. I am a single Dad and have raised my son from an early age. There were several nights of walking, talking and rocking. We have helped several children with teeth pain; gum troubles and newly installed braces that cause sever pain. If your child has started on solid foods I may be able to help. I have found a great botanical with super anti-inflammatory properties. You have my email attached. If you really want to stop the pain, I look forward to talking with you.
