Guest guest
Many Johnson & Johnson baby products are loaded with chemicals. They are not even required by law to list them all. Did you know that their tear-free baby shampoo contains a chemical to numb the eyes so it will not sting? USE ARBONNE'S BABY CARE INSTEAD. IT IS ALL NATURAL AND VERY PURE. SAFE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES, AND HAS NO CHEMICALS, FRAGRANCE, OR COLORS. Guest guest
Nowhere on this site does it list the ingredients of the products. I don't trust a company that won't put ingredients on their website. Guest guest
Not only do they contain chemicals, they test their products on animals. It makes me sick they use innocent puppies and kittens in their ads when they torture and murder these animals. JOHNSON & JOHNSON ARE EVIL. Plenty of other personal care companies out there, just google “cruelty free” products. Guest guest
Yes, thank you so much for posting this! Also, I found this page today, with an astounding number of companies that still test on animals. Have a look: http://www.thevegetariansite.com/ethics_test.htm And remember, ARBONNE DOES NOT TEST ON ANIMALS - WE ARE CRUELTY FREE! Guest guest
too bad ARBONNE uses so much soy in everything. I was going to sell it myself, actually joined a couple years ago. of course, when I found out they used the cheap soy...in the makeup...in the supplements... etc. I couldn't bring myself to push it on the public. it's a hormone disruptor, it's bad for thyroid, it's in the top 10 most common allergins, etc....since I have problems with soy...and hypothyroid, there was no difference in using the skin products after 6m... too bad they resorted to using such a cheap *natural* product...cause it's sure not cheap to buy. Guest guest
There are 6 different forms of soy in the Arbonne product line. Each one serves a different purpose. The most common form of Soy is from the Soybean(scientific name: Hydrolyzed Soy Protein). It is found in the following products: - Arbonne Intelligence Body Lotion - Arbonne Intelligence Cleansing Gel - Arbonne Intelligence Daily Cleanser - Arbonne Intelligence Daily Eye Cream - Arbonne Intelligence Daily Moisterizing Cream Day & Night - Arbonne Intelligence Exfoliating Masque with Thermal Fusion - Arbonne Intelligence Hand Cream - NutriMinC® RE9 REversing Gelée, Transforming Lift - SeaSource Detox Spa Detoxifying Rescue Wash The other most common form is Soy Lecithin, also known as Soya Lecithin and is found in the following products: - Figure 8 On the Go! Creamy Caramel Weight Loss Chews - Figure 8 On the Go! Weight Loss Chews - Peanut Butter - Figure 8 On the Go! Weight Loss Chews - Strawberry Lemonade - Figure 8® On the Go! Weight Loss Chews - Berry Burst - Figure 8® On the Go! Weight Loss Chews - Chocolate Soy Lecithin(common name: Soy Lecithin) is found in the following products: - Figure 8 NRGGO3! Fizzing Beverage Tablet Just a note: 0.5% of the population is allergic to soy - for this reason I always ask each client if they are one of the few, and then I point out to them which products contain soy, so that they know. Same with people allergic to nuts, wheat, or gluten. I think it's great that Arbonne gives free product training to each consultant on every product and ingredient in the line. But honestly, I never get why people say Arbonne is expensive - The bottles are big and they last a long time. If you do the math,... its less than shopping at department store cosmetic counters. And, for a $29 fee you can get a consultant discount of 35%-50% off, and take advantage of other order specials like $100 worth of products for $20 with every $250 order. This is all according to retail prices, which a consultant does not even pay. I place an order every month and get everything for my whole family and I never spent more than $100. That includes skin care, makeup, protein shakes, shampoo, sun care, and nutrition. Bonus: the compensation plan is very generous. I know Arbonne is not for everyone, but it worked out for me just fine. I feel good I'm not putting chemical laden products on my body. My latest obsession is their detox spa products. Guest guest
Ingredients for all Arbonne products are listed on the product carton, and/or inside the box in a mini pamphlet. Also, all Arbonne consultants have access to product information sheets online, and can print them out and give them to their customers if necessary. When you are a consultant, you can see all info right on the web site. I've been in Arbonne for years and to this day no one has ever asked me to see it. I've had questions about "what products contain soy or gluten or nuts" and stuff like that, but no one has ever wanted to read about every single ingredient on every product right off the bat. bluegreensolutions <bluegreensolutions Sent: Thursday, May 8, 2008 4:52:52 AM Re: johnson & johnson head to toe body bath Nowhere on this site does it list the ingredients of the products. Guest guest
What a shame that people aren't concerned about what they are putting on their skin!! I guess we just have to teach people - whatever you put on your skin ends up IN your body. So if you read an ingredient that you wouldn't want to eat, then don't put it on your body.
