Although it might seem that citrus fruits would have an acidifying effect

on the body, the citric acid they contain actually has an alkalinizing

effect in the system.

Note that a food's acid or alkaline forming tendency in the body has

nothing to do with the actual pH of the food itself. For example, lemons

are very acidic, however the end products they produce after digestion

and assimilation are very alkaline so, lemons are alkaline forming in the

body. Likewise, meat will test alkaline before digestion, but it leaves

very acidic residue in the body so, like nearly all animal products, meat

is very acid forming.

Alkaline is good acid is bad. And raw is better or stir fried (vegitables still crispy) Also the "salt water cure" is a quick way to address ph levels.

bill, if you are saying that keeping the body " acid " is bad, i concur

100%.....but eating foods that are acidic, or slightly acidic as part of a

healthy , balanced diet is no threat to health in a healthy

person.......keeping the body alkaline does more good things for our bodies

than i can list ......and especially when the body is trying to heal

itself........cancer isn't the only dis-ease that loves an acid

environment.........almost all the modern day dis-eases have their origins,

in an acid body.....it's equally amazing how many people have restored true

health, just by cleaning out the inside of their bodies and alkalizing the

inside of bodies where our organs are being bathed constantly, in either an

acid environment or in my case, an alkaline one! which one do you think

GOD intended us to be?? so many condition's that are spoken of on this

list today, can be " fixed " , " mended " , " made new " , made WHOLE!!!!!! THRU

A " WHOLELISTIC " APPROACH , bring the body into balance, and the on board

healer fixes you.......nothing else.....everything i have had to learn, in

order to help give my late, beautiful wife Shirley, a quality of

life, taught us one thing, all we do [ no matter whose good stuff you

are getting results from,] is support our own on board healer's ability to

fix it's self........and there are numerous good things one can

use.......we found some extraordinary products , processes and technique's

in our constant search for the " cure " for her and the 38 years of

chemically induced , type 1, insulin dependent diabetes that ended her life

....[[ the toxic chemical " BENZENE " was responsible, we found the smoking

gun] for the last 7 1/2 years of her life we went after the diabetes [this

came about thru breast cancer and another toxic chemical dis-ease in her

life] we beat the cancer naturally and this was our entry into

alternative healing and taking responsibility for our own care! [ we met a

naturepathic doctor who turned our life around] if i could only get

anyone who reads this to do one thing from our experience, please accept

the gift of MIRACLE ll, it is the most versatile product to clean

anything with..[ i'm 8 + years with m-ll] ...the m-ll products are based

on high alkalinity, and that's part of the healing magic i demonstrated

in a heart institute when they couldn't operate on her because of the

damage to the heart vessels, there was nothing for the surgeon to attach

the new material to......i put these products on and in her everyday for

the 62 days we were there.......and in spite of her being critically

ill, we did things , that m-ll was a part of, that have never been seen

any where in medicine!........MIRACLE ll is the foundation for reclaiming

your health, it allows your body to get rid of toxins in a way that i can

only describe " AS A GOD THING " !!!! IT IS THE SAFEST, MOST EFFECTIVE AND

LEAST EXPENSIVE WAY I KNOW OF TO CLEAN OUT THE INSIDE OF YOUR

BODY!!!!!! this is the foundation of re-storing health in todays toxic

world!!! Kraig p.s. to learn more about

m-ll....visit ncpmiracle2.com.......click on " telling the good news " and

" amazing grace " , this both the science and testimonials from people like

me......and i'd hope you would want to read the " founders "

story....Clayton Tedeton is his name!!

Thanks for the info. Edgar Cayce spoke about acid/alkaline and yes citrus

for example is acidic but promotes alcalinity in the body. And according

to Cayce if you want something good (and has more " full spectrum " nutrution)

I THINK you squeeze a little lime juice in your Orange juice and lemon juice

into some grapefruit. Could be the other way around though.
