I've heard that topical application of raw apple cider vinegar works.

I've never tried it though.

Mike Adams tells that doing the JuiceFeasting will eliminate the brown spots, which are rancid fat coming to the surface. <ugh!> ~D

I use a body lotion that has beta glucan in it (an antioxidant), and

it's been working pretty good - slow, but I can see a difference.

There is a great article over on Ayurvedaonline on this subject under Dr Bhate's files PCOS or if you do a message search ........ its more likely to be insulin than fat - they are also called liver spots

The doctor told me that these are liver spots and that I needed to

detox my liver.? My mother is 79 yrs. old and does not have them. I am

61 and I have a few of them. My hubby is almost 53 and he has lots of

them.

Hi,

In Mexico where I live, natural healng doctors promote the use of

drinking lemon juice mixed with water instead of any type of soft

drink. Also you can look into drinking the water that's left over from

cooking artichokes, and/or asparagus, which are supposed to be good

for detoxing your liver.
