Guest guest Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 Soaking in a tub of hot sea salt water during the full moon will detox your body and balance out your system. I do this every month for 3 days. The day before the full moon, the day of the full moon and the day after the full moon. I use 2-3 handfuls of seasalt in my tub and stay in it until the water begins to cool. I suffer from the opposite problem, I get hot all the time (very high metabolism). It's worth a try. Blessings.
