I was wondering if anyone here has been very cold at night or after

eating ? Dairy especially sets off the feeling of being very cold and

tired (my entire family is lactose intolerant). My daughter-in-law

just called and said that my son is extremely cold as well

(particularly at night). Any help would be greatly

appreciated....Thanks, Linda

Deep breathing and coughing is a good way to get the body more oxygenated

together with pranayama exercises as outlined by Swami Ramdev as well as

Hatha Yoga exercises.

Ferr. Phos. cell salts/tissue salts available from HFS also help.

Soaking with the MII detox protocol in a hot bath would also stimulate the

circulation & reduce the effect of the various food intolerances.

My suggestions would be look into the possibility of a systemic fungal infection !

It's more than avoiding sugar, ...

Getting rid of dairy would help both causes. Having an intolerance can cause the liver to release the stored sugars in the fight or flight response from the stress of the irritating foods, then shortly after comes the "low"

It's possible that caffeine can cause coldness at night as well.........
