Going to forward this article to a local country radio station.

This very morning there was a fairly long interview promoting the

irradiation of fresh fruit, vegetables and meat.. and o m goodness,

the way the guy was talking about it, t was all new and oh so good for

our health blah blah blah.

Lots of fresh fruit and veg is already being irradiated for quite some

time, it has to be apparently before being transported into

our state. So that's GMO veg and fruit, irradiated and all,

probably grown in Round-up treated soil... and everything else to

keep the bugs out... bon appetit, anyone for a serve of dead

food?

Couldn't catch the guy's name nor could I find a phone number of

the station but this article will hopefully re-open the debate a

little more. Living in an agricultural area, bringing this

type of thing up with the farmers is like walking on egg shells.. Perhaps

I'd better buy myself some protective clothing..lol.

Am still passing on the Monsanto video to the locals here

too. Was very courageous today by passing on this video to on of my

friends who is also a farmer. Had a rather heated debate with him years

ago when I was raving on about the Monsanto forum he had been to where

they received all the news about Monsanto's products. Didn't

matter what I put forward regarding the GMO stuff (mostly Canola

around here) and the disease causing Round-up, all he said was that

it was good for the dollar and the side effects weren't bad at

all.

Not sure if he will talk to me after having seen that video, if he can

stand to watch it of course.
