Guest guest
Hey Clare, I did a lot of research on home and personal products, and it is pretty hard to find out what is in each product. By law they are not required to put all of the ingredients on the label. There was one site that I used a lot that helped me to understand what was in my products, and what harms they caused, and it is environmental working group. Just put it in your search engine, and it will bring it up, or go to www.ewg.org. They have lots to read about all kinds of products, but they have some info on tooth paste and mouth wash. Hope this helps you, I know when I changed to green tooth paste and mouth wash it helped me a bunch. I have very little plaque on my teeth now, where I used to have quite a bit. My gums are healthy, and I feel good about not using harmful ingredients. Chemicals and ingredients that harm us also harm the environment.
