I have heard that homeopathic Arnica 200 is very good.

You don't want to over burden the system so light food - plenty of organic

vegetable would help and hand juiced fruits and vegetables as well, a little

fresh ginger root juiced into them is good too

I had no idea that capsium (chile) had an effect on arteries. I live

in Mexico for goodness sakes; I'll have to look into it and thanks

for the suggestion.

I know arnica in Mexico is used in creams for contusions and muscle

soreness. Soccer players use it a lot on their legs during games. It

stands to reason that it would be helpful for veins and arteries.

Thank you for your ideas about this matter. I feel a little lost right

now.
