Guest guest
I have heard that homeopathic Arnica 200 is very good. You don't want to over burden the system so light food - plenty of organic vegetable would help and hand juiced fruits and vegetables as well, a little fresh ginger root juiced into them is good too Jane - " Diana de Guerrero " <alamedanina Saturday, April 12, 2008 1:29 AM Transient stroke What type of foods, herbs, lifesyle, etc. are recommended for a person who has suffered mini-stroke event? Guest guest
I had no idea that capsium (chile) had an effect on arteries. I live in Mexico for goodness sakes; I'll have to look into it and thanks for the suggestion. Diana > > Organic Cayenne Pepper and Dr Schulze Brain formula promote health in Strokes. Guest guest
I know arnica in Mexico is used in creams for contusions and muscle soreness. Soccer players use it a lot on their legs during games. It stands to reason that it would be helpful for veins and arteries. Thank you for your ideas about this matter. I feel a little lost right now.
