THis is a woman who shows you how to really eat healthy - we need to do this guys we really do, for our health and our survival - and for our kids and for our parents - if we still have them - now I'll go back to working out how to use this fantastic juicer I just bought!

Lorraine is good.

Of course there are other ways.

I find eating raw fruits + raw / cooked fatty meats more appealing and

more nutritious. It depends on your state of health and at what stage of

your illness you are in and what your goals are. Today I'm following the

Raw / Cooked Paleolithic diet combined with Homo Optimus diet and

Fruitarian, Wai Genriiu concepts and Natural Hygiene concepts. I know I

just blogged about it... let me find the link to my blog post...

h-weight-and-muscle-gain/

But if cancer with a candida problem is being tackled, at the healing

stage I would recommend raw vegetables and huge amounts of plant fats.

For the parasite problem, remove all sources of isopropyl alcohol

polluting the person, then loads of zapping, then barefoot herbalist

MH's dewormer per hour dosing up to 10 tsp a day.

And for the candida problem, an immediate assault of 3 days of VCO detox.

I have a cancer cure protocol if anyone is interested.

Regards,

Edwin

helpful
