Guest guest
Dr Bronners Castille soap. It's hard to get used to shampooing your hair with it, but once you get used to it you will love it. I no longer have to perm my hair since using it. Maryjo > My hair is So thin, fine, lifeless. Lies flat. A perm only masks the > problem, a temporary lift. Guest guest
The condition of the hair comes from within. Why don't you try trace minerals, a hair, skin & nails formula which I use. Of course you can use things to make it appear thicker on the outside like mousse. Carol Hartwell, CNHP Health & Healing USA nathlth
Guest guest
Hi Carol, What exactly do you use? And it sounds like it is good not only for the hair but for the skin and nails. Am I correct in assuming this? --Blessings, Dianne Whatever you focus on the most, you will bind yourself to it. ~Apostle Curtis Forbes Dianne's Homepage: http://www.geocities.com/dlawrence27 -------------- Original message -------------- "Carol Hartwell" <nathlth The condition of the hair comes from within. I've read that often the hair shaft in blondes is thinner - which is why, even if they have a lot of hair, it's very fine. Is your hair long? Something else I've noticed, that often the weight of longer hair drags it down somewhat. Lots of times a short do will give more bounce or fullness - because there is less to drag it down. A perm never lasted long for my mom either.....no matter what she did, it was very fine and wouldn't hold a curl. I've known people who's color has faded quickly as well, but most of them had grey hair - something about it that just doesn't seem to hold color well. If you've permed and/or colored your hair a lot, sounds like it may be damaged - the problem with a lot of stuff that is supposed to help damaged hair, is that it also makes it really soft and flat. Is it possible that you sort of need to " start over? " Cut the damaged parts out and start with healthy hair? There may also be genetics going on here - some women have extremely thin hair - you can see their scalp. No matter how they cut it - or don't cut it, it doesn't really hide the fat that their hair is very thin. That's often genetic, just like a man balding is. One thing you might want to check, is, how is your diet? Do you think you may be missing any vitamins or minerals or anything like that? Are your nails strong? Skin dry? If it's diet related, or related to you needing something, there ought to be other signs - not just your hair... Here are a couple of sites which may be helpful and/or informational. I just glanced through them, though.
