Kraig are you asking me the question?

 

Let's say that I am willing to go to Wal-Mart to stock shelves (yeah I know,

China products). Anyways they would look at my resume and see what I do now.

I currently work as a process operator at a chemical plant (hence, the

reason WHY I want to get out of that field -- dangerous). They would

immediately say that I am over qualified for the current work at Wal-Mart (I

do have experience in stocking shelves, though). Plus, they wouldn't be able

to pay what I am used to being paid (which by the way is lower then what the

normal is for the type of work requirements I have to do daily). What they

don't seem to understand is that if a person is willing to apply for a lower

paying job, then that person wouldn't expect a high rate of pay. I can also

operate some types of heavy equipment. All said and done, if they were to

really think about it, I have several skilled abilities meaning I CAN learn!

Sometimes companies can be so DUHm! And yep, I know I spelt that word wrong.
