Lynn, just to correct something... I couldn't find or

you couldn't find anywhere that it had been signed or

ratified... it doesn't mean that there might be a place that will have

more info on it. I consider myself only a mere human being and know

for a fact that I have searched a very small section on the internet

considering the volumes of info available. Perhaps if looking in

the right places we could find out more.. so using the word nowhere in

capitals might be a little out of place. As a result I would not

dare use the words: it is not true. Keep open mind would be mind

suggestion.

have found something, would you please point me to it - it'd be very

I would think, that something as big as the Patriot Act II being signed

or ratified, would be pretty big news..........oh, wait - they did in

secret. But, if they did in secret, there is nothing to support what

people are saying...........and, to just say something was done in secret

with not a shred of proof won't fly. Not unless of course, it's just

something people want to believe. One thing about our government - there

is almost always a paper trail somewhere......
