Hello. I had first hand experience with scheleroderma. I was diagnosed with Morphea which is the beginning of scheleroderma. When they give that diagnosis, it only means scarring skin, they have no idea whats causing it. In my case it was a very stubborn case of some kind of fungus. The DMSO and others that people are recommending are great but also a strict diet to eliminate sources of food for the fungus must be taken. It took a year and a half to kill this fungus! I was applying aloe Vera and it caused the original plaque site to die off.

Im not sure what is the actual cause of your daughter's condition . Please consider that it could be an aggressive fungus.

You can email me if you have any further questions.

My prayers are with your daughter and your family,

SincerelY Barb M.
