Guest guest
Hi Sarah, I've also been treating female issues such as PMS, heavy periods, cramps, breast and uterine fibroids, eczema and everything else that accompanies Estrogen dominance. I also have a friend with Endometriosis (so severe she was scheduled for a hysterectomy last year) I have also been helping. The number one thing we both rely on is Wild Yam tincture. My friend has controlled her PMS/cramps with Wild Yam alone. I have added Dong Quai tincture, natural Progesterone cream, Evening Primrose oil, tons of water and an improved diet. I will continue cleaning up my diet and detoxing as I feel I have a long way to go in this department. A book I've found helpful is "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About: Premenopause : Balance Your Hormones and Your Life from Thirty to Fifty" Hope this info is helpful, Raine AJA Bengals wrote: Hello All! I am wondering if any of you with herbal healing training can help me. I am looking for alternitive(sp?) ways to combat moderate chronic pain and PMS symptoms(accompanied by depression) The pain killers my doctors like to prescribe make me useless and stoned to the point where I am totally unproductive. Not to mention what my body is like after I stop taking them. As for PMS, well that speaks for itself. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks! Guest guest
*Vitamin B6 is indicated for this condition; you can buy the Pill form of Vitamin B6 or you can take the B-Complex form of Vitamin B6. Molasses is high in B6 as are Potatoes. NOTICE: *most B-Complex vitamin PILLS are obtained from Rice-Bran. Guest guest
Sarah.. Would need more info on your " moderate chronic pain " ... location, due to inflammation, etc. but clean diet would definately improve your situation rapidly. I would recommend the body balance (formerly panther piss drink) twice daily and would add MSM and tumeric to help with the pain and inflammation. Nutritional yeast is a very good source of B vitamins, iron, protein, and chromium. I believe you will see many rapid improvements with diet alone, and if you would like to try herbals... a combination of raspberry, wild yam, and chaste tree berry will help with the symptoms of PMS. Pain due to tense muscles can be helped immensely with a good calcium/magnesium supplement to aid in better muscle contraction and relaxation. I also have great results using olive leaf tincture and/or tea to help relax the mind and body... blessings to you.. spot herbal remedies , " AJA Bengals " <greengrl78 wrote: > > Hello All! > I am wondering if any of you with herbal healing training can help me. > I am looking for alternitive(sp?) ways to combat moderate chronic pain > and PMS symptoms(accompanied by depression) > The pain killers my doctors like to prescribe make me useless and > stoned to the point where I am totally unproductive. Guest guest
I have found unbelievable results with L methionine which is the end result of MSM and cheaper. The only warning is it MUST be taken with folic acid or it can be harmful to you. Only for those already taking and addicted to narcotics do not take this as it will send you into withdrawal. Methionine is also said to act as a natural antidepressant as well. Definitely worth the try.....it took me two capsules at night to have the profound pain relief. it comes in two strengths..about 250 and 500. claire
