Get them moving, find somekind of exercise that they like. Go for walks, go to parks that you have to walk a bit to get to, swimming, rollerskating, sports etc. GinaKim <irishgirl75 wrote: Hello all. Dear Kim,

Only those who are very, very healthy or those who are very, very ill do NOT get sick with colds or flus. When someone tells me they never get colds or flus, and yet I can obviously see that they are NOT healthy, I really begin to worry about them.

Your allowance of letting your kids go out once a week for pizza, cake, etc is 52 times a year too many in my books. This might seem radical to you, but I think Medico operations are a little more severe. When you say, "They do eat a good diet most of the time", your qualifier "most of the time" tells me they probably aren't eating that well at all. One person's idea of what is "good" is relative to their understanding of what actually is good. Also the previous two years of SAD "Standard American Diet" have probably made the both of them as toxic as can be as witnessed by what happens when you feed them garlic.

Garlic + Toxin = Stink.

Garlic without Toxins = No Stink.

It's that simple.

I'd recommend some serious changes with their diet. You may think you are being kind to allow them to eat the foods they currently eat, and can't stand the whining, but you have to start somewhere on some kind of gradient.

Many people on this list will be able to advise as to the best foods.

All ya gotta do is ask ;-)

You might want to post what their current diet is so this can be evaluated.

Herbal Remedies - Cleansing for kids

Hello all. I am on the MC and doing great. My question is my children are toxic. They eat garlic and reek, usually have bad breath, not elimating properly and a little "chunky" in the tummy area. They do eat a good diet most of the time. I do allow going out to eat once a week and they went to a birthday party with the pizza, cake, etc. But, up to two years also had a typical horrible American diet. They both rarely get sick so there health doesn't seem as bad as their playmates that have had strep, stomach viruses and everything else lately. My dd is 11 and 120lbs. and my son is 9 and 88lbs. I wouldn't thing of putting them on a fast like myself. They can't swallow pills and throw up when trying the take foul tasting liquid. (I am the same way). Any advice??

Thanks,

Kim
