Guest guest
Doc, Was wondering if you would consider finnishing your mock ups o0n your 10 favorite herbs. I think you only did two or maybe three. I was very interested in the reasons you had for your favorites, and quite surprised at some on your list that you would not live with out. Could you please continue this?? Respectfully yours, Jamie

Hope this helps. Guest guest
Dear Dr. Ian. My name is Cindy and I have been lurking on this list for several weeks now. Four years ago I had 4 feet of my large intestine removed due to redundancy as well as a life long battle with constipation. ( From age 2 - 11 I was a victim of extreme incest) I learned early that my eldest sibling would hide for me in the bathroom so would retain my stool until I could get outside or releave myself somewhere else. ( I tell you this only because it played a serious part in shutting down my colon and resulting in my pour digestive system. I am 49 now and on Reglan and Miralax and still have problems with irregularity. On your number 5 of favorite herbs you mention the ones that "keep us regular". Is there a capsule that has all of these available in a health store or would I need to take them separately? I appreciate any insight you might offer. I have to be careful of high fiber as I also suffer from Gastroparesis. I would really like to get on a regimen that would allow my body to experience regularity. I have also just order VEMMA hoping that the liquid vitamins and minerals will absorb into my system better than pills. Thanks so much for your help. Guest guest
Dear Cindy, I wish I'd gotten to you before the butchers did, but no sense in worrying about "shoulda beens". Yes! My Intestinal Cleanse Formula (Recipe in the Files) will make anyone go. A Doc Shillington guarantee: I can get anyone to poop!!! There is plenty we can do for you now though even though a large part of your bowel has been removed. Go to: http://www.academyofnaturalhealing.com/ And listen to my lecture #1 on Natural Healing. If this makes sense to you hon, then afterwards, contact me off list and we can mock up a program for you. In Health, Freedom, and Love, Doc PS. Never Regret yesterday. Life is in you today, and you make your tomorrow. ;-) Doc Shillington727-447-5282Doc - Cindy Douglas herbal remedies Friday, June 23, 2006 8:00 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Question For Doc 10 Favorite Herbs Moc Ups Dear Dr. Ian.
