Since I am currently doing the MC, and everyone is talking about

juicers and juicing anyway :) I was wondering if anyone knows if it's

safe and just as effective to " pre-juice " fruit - namely, lemons -

will the juice still be as good for me and as effective in the cleanse

if I were to juice all the lemons needed and freeze the juice until I

need it?

I bought an entire case of lemons from the health food store, 115

lemons in all (LOL! you should see my fridge!) because they cut me a

very nice deal for buying them all at once, and THEN heard, AFTER my

purchase, that lemons should be juiced within 3-5 days of purchase for

full effect (Don't know if this is true either... but any info would

be awesome!)

Thanks so much for any advice on my inquiry... I love this board! And

I loved the recent article from Doc about being responsible for our

own bodies! AMEN! You all are beautiful :o)

Love and Blessings,

Raven,

We have a lemon tree and when we have too many lemons

we have always put the juice of the lemons in ice

trays then into zip lock bags. We always have lemon

juice throught out the year.

Love and blessings,

Dolores
