I just bought a bag. my husband has started a new diet and is not eating simple carbs, but complex. like brown instead of white rice. not using white flour. eating a lot of grapes. and trying to get me to eat better as well. I don't who said what to him at work, but we are finally both getting the same page. Wondered how you like it, if breads taste like coconut as my daughter hates coconut. So I don't want to use it a lot if she won't like anything I make. I saw from this site there is also a macadamia flour.
