I though I might want to ask any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!! Oh and Micki, sorry about the confusion I caused when asked about this before, saw that many jumped on to my misunderstanding for its exact purpose and kinda bogged ya down with it. Hi Briea I don't know if this will help you or not, but I am currently on day three of a master cleanse, and just today got rid of my headache. I knew I would get it though, because of the toxins leaving my body and because I am also detoxing from caffeine. If you have any kind of addictions to foods, niccotine, or caffeine, you can expect a headache for a day or two. But don't let that stop you! I am only giving you the info I have in comparison, not sure if it's for the same reasons or not. But maybe others will also have more info! Wishes of healing and relief to you!
