I recommend Vitamns and Minerals from both Food AND Supplements.

 

Since Vitamins are not expensive; supplemeting with Vitamins either

singly such as:

 

*Vitamin A(Dairy greens eggs fish); Vitamin B-Complex; Grains;Brn.Rice;

Vitamin C Fruits esp Citrus greens Vitamn D Fish milk Vit E grains

Minerals: Calcium Milk Greens Magnesium Oatmeal Potassium Fruits

etc etc.

 

It takes a tremendous amount of time and energy to prepare delicious

and nutritious meals every day. The Bones and Muscles of our bodies

are continually disolving and rebuilding. The materials the Bones and

Muscles are obtained primarily form the food we eat. I am what I eat.

 

Not to mention how old some of the food is we eat today.

For this reason I say anyway you can get Nutrients in your system do

it whether that be Food Juices Blenders Smoothies Yogurt Seaweed or

Supplements in tablets; powders; pills; caplets shakes health bars.
