Guest guest
*** I'm almost 36 and have had mild acne for years. What has finally taken care of it for me is (a) cutting nearly all processed sugar out of my diet, and (b) using a new makeup sponge every day. Tracy from Ohio *** Hi Tracy, are you sure it's acne? I had a peaches and cream complexion until I was in my late 30's. Then what I thought was menopausal acne turned out to be rosacea. It is supposed to be incurable, but when I got off prescription drugs it was no longer a problem. You can google this and see pictures on the internet and such. When I was taking 27 medications just 8-10 years ago, you would not believe the skin problems I had. Hives, eczema, bumps, and of course rosacea. Of course this could be completely unrelated to your situation, but I wanted to mention it in case it could be helpful. Much love and light.
