Guest guest
We are going to Disney this weekend. I drink my TN (well actually dragon snot) every day but I don't really want to have to take my blender and everything for the 2 days we're spending there. Would it be ok to take regular multivitamins those days (I know it wouldn't be near as good)??? I'm looking for any alternative to get me by for 2 days. I am taking my total tonic which I take 3x a day (2 droppers) but any ideas or suggestions? You know, when you eat very healthy and organic it is very hard to be away from home (in a hotel or something). The world should be more health friendly!!! Thank you all for any help. Guest guest
Actually, does anyone take a multivitamin even though they drink the TN every day just for " other " vitamin supplementation? I have no idea what my body needs besides what is in TN...I take aloe juice, TN, Total Tonic, and vit c every day but sometimes feel like I need more b vitamins as my energy level gets pretty low sometimes and some days I just generally don't feel that peppy...maybe could you take a 1/2 dose of a multivitamin just to recoop the extra vitamins? Guest guest
*Hi Marci: Try searching the supermarket vitamin aisle for a Multi- vitamin with extra B-Vitamins added. I know Bayer makes a formula with extra B-Vitamins and I think Centrum does also. Will state on label: *with more B-Vitamins*; One-a-Day by Bayer with Added B's is great.--- In herbal remedies , " Marci " <twilli55 wrote: > > Actually, does anyone take a multivitamin even though they drink the > TN every day just for " other " vitamin supplementation? Guest guest
I dont mean to but in but I am going to, a great natural source of Vitamin B is Nutritional yeast and your body absorbs it not just poop it out. Add it to a drink or you can sprinkle it on something, it actually doesnt taste to bad at all. Guest guest
Hi Gina: Where do you buy The Nutritional Yeast and how do you take it? Do you mix it with something. Someone was looking for Nutritional Drinks high in the *Nutrient Biotin* which is a necessary Vitamin; esp. for people who have had " stomach surgery " (source: Johns Hopkins School of Medicine); I know Brewer's Yeast Bakers Yeast and Nutritional Yeast are high in *Biotin. Biotin is difficult to obtain in the Diet. The best source is Eggs; but the Eggs must be cooked or the *Biotin will not be absorbed. I read that Red-Rasberries are high in *Bitoin;as is Cauliflower. I could think of hundreds of *Blender or Juicer Recipies using *Red- Raspberries(or any other Berry); such as Apple Grape Rasperry Juice; however using Raw Cauliflower would be difficult; best used cooked. Recipie: Cauliflower-tops;in pan;drizzle w/Olive-Oil;Bake or Broil.-- - In herbal remedies , Gina Kopera <ginakopera1 wrote: > > I dont mean to but in but I am going to, a great natural source of Vitamin B is Nutritional yeast and your body absorbs it not just poop it out. Guest guest
Nutritional yeast is at any health food store. I mix it in my superfood that I consume with my juice, some people sprinkle it on salads too. Brewers yeast I do not know much about except it will feed candida so it must be high in Sugar.
