I am getting depressed as well. Dear Stuck: I suggest you try to find a good TCM doctor/practitioner and have her/him check you out. Your source of " low energy " could may very well be a weakened Stomach/Spleen system according to TCM (or under functioning GI track in Western Med). I kinda just pick it up from seeing you are having a bit of water and having lots of salad and fruit. In TCM, the above are Yin in nature and if consume long term can injure the well being of your digestive system, causing you to retain dampness (more body fluid in general) and put an extra load of stress on your system, depleting your energy. If you want to try out a TCM approach, try to ask for referal to a good TCM practitioner. Ask for qualification, length of training, look for clarity of answers, and seek for honesty. Good luck in getting your energy back. Vu. ============================= I don't know if it's the season, money or what. I am m on sea Vegg. fish oil( prescription) and Vitamin D. Iam drinking more water than coke. trying to not drink coke at all but failing. having a lot of salad and fruits. but still have this horrible eye twitch that is giving me an awful headache to migraine. I have doctors appointments picking up and dropping off Alli at school, dance rehearsal nd recital... it's a busy week and I am all ready ready to call it a week. next week is a bit busy as well. summer just is for me. any ideas on extra boosts that don't cost a lot and not a power bar or the like they are loaded with sugar. usually.
