Guest guest
***during my battle getting off antidepressants, i found it impossible to even get out of bed. my head was " zapping " ... my dr dismissed it and insisted there was no addiction. the only thing i found to help it was vaporizing cannabis. i literally had to have it ready by my bed to be able to wake up and be any kind of productive. i apologize for seeming secretive, it was more a paranoia situation...*** " Dr. Ian Shillington " <DocShillington wrote: Dear Robyn, I think we're all interested. The Dr.'s won't tell you that, I wish someone would have warned me! It's worth it. What I used to get through it isn't legal in all of the US, contact me if you're interested. Guest guest
Robyn, when I read your post I was taken back to my depression and anxiety. After being on Paxil for 8 years and taking myself off of it against the advice of my MD I too felt as if my brain was zapping (good word to describe it btw! I couldnt descrbe it to my doctor). He kept looking at me like I was nuts and said many times that Paxil was not addictive and would not cause that to happen. Well, it lasted almost an entire year! I now have occasional bouts of the blues and I take Sam-e for that - no more drugs for me! Thanks for sharing! I have never heard of anyone else having the *zapping* and am glad to know it wasn't all in my head so to speak ) Tori

Go here for the best general cure for all addiction(s): http://www.ibogatherapyhouse.net/cms/ Deficiencies in the performance of neurotransmitter systems (esp dopamine?) are probably at the source of most addictions. Taken in a precise fashion, after only one or two sessions/doses, the hallucinogens have the unique capacity to reset these systems for at least a span of a few months. Absolutely nothing else can even come close to making that claim.
Guest guest
Sure! I did a lot of research online as well as reading several books and talking to dozens of people who were actually using Sam-e before I decided to start it. S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) is an amino acid that is used in the treatment of many conditions including liver disease, osteoarthritis, depression, fibromyalgia, schizophrenia, migraine headaches, and to increase bile flow. Other names for SAMe include: S-Adensyl Methionine, L-Methionine, Adomet, and Ademethionine. I found this site helpful for more info when I was researching- http://www.depressionremedy.com/sam- e/depression/herbalremedy/article.php There are very few IF ANY side effects and I never experienced any while using it or when I stopped it. Make sure you read aout taking the B vitamins with SAMe as they help a great deal. Also, I added fish oils and that really helped me. I felt happy again after so many years of being in a dark hole! A tip: Look in your local drugstore ads like Walgreens or CVS (US) for buy one get one free when you buy your SAMe, vitamins, fish oils, it will save you a bunch! Hope this helps! Guest guest
Sam-E is a nutrient but it can be expensive. Why not just start simple with an investment in a blender and make healthy shakes?
