It is definitely more beneficial to

make your own CS. It's just too pricey when buying, and too easy to

make. As long as your water and silver are pure, you cannot go wrong! I have found that I cannot use water

from my own distiller- it contains too many particles. I have to use

store bought for CS.

To my knowledge there is no danger for people with health concerns. The

only thing you really have to worry about is taking too much too soon

and experiencing a really bad Herxheimer effect. Of course I am human

and don't know everything, so please research well if there are special

factors.

It is an exciting thing! I cannot fathom what we did before CS- we use

it that often. I keep bottles of it everywhere, we use it for literally

everything. Scratch? CS! Sunburn? CS! Gum disease? CS! Acne? CS! Bug

bite? CS! Red, tired eyes? CS! Been around a sick person? CS! And on,

and on...

Pets, kids, surfaces... you name it, I'll spray it!

I honestly cannot say enough about it,

Raine

So do you

think making your own CS is more beneficial than buying it

pre-made? I'm thinking of starting it. Also, does it have any side

effects that people with high blood pressure or irregular heart rythyms

should be aware of? I've read good and bad things about it so it's hard

for me to know what to think. I'm just going by what you and others are

saying about it! I'm excited! LOL
