I have a very painful right knee. Feels like it's in the muscle

or tendon and it's definitely not arthritis. Any suggestions

would be greatly appreciated. Walking makes it worse.

Thanks,

Patti G.

Hi there I had a simular happening about a year ago. Only it was the left knee. What I did was force myself to walk only a few steps every hour on the hour. The pain was gone in 48 hours and has never returned. Earthfeatherpattigray <pattigray wrote: I have a very painful right knee. You could put castor oil packs on it which is quite soothing and pulls out toxins. Or try a camphor/menthol/herb balm from a health food store.

Hi Patty...

This is my flagship response post - I'm new here, but not new to herbal

remedies/ folk medicine. I guess I'll just jump right in ;).

Leg Pain is a real bummer!

Extreme leg pain is your body trying to tell you something loudly. Pain

reduction is important - but also ponder the message of the pain.

Is your body trying to " slow you down " ? Are you dreading going somewhere or

having trouble " moving your life " in the right direction? Getting the right

message helps reduce the pain.

Need for attention/ TLC for some causes pain.

Also, nerve issues can cause pain in many ways. The sheath protecting the cells

is sensitive to chemical toxidity and can be impacted by pockets of waste

buildup, so make sure you are cleansed (whole body cleanse, of which there are

many). Look for emerging pain from unrelated places in the body as an indicator.

If your diet/ digestion is off, myalgia can occur causing a painful response to

protein deficiency, so check your diet. Same with green foods, check for enough

of those too because enzyme depleted diets leave your body unable to cleanse/

detox itself properly at the cellular level. Then lactic acid and God Knows what

else can compound the issue.

When dealing with unexplained pain

it's best not to fall into the allopathic habit of " treat the symptoms, ignore

the rest. " If you do this, the pain will most likely return worst, particularly

if it is tied to a bodily imbalance.

Here are a few things to possibly tinker with for starters:

Fear of moving forward-

Floral Remedies, goal setting, priority management

Nerve Strain (Chemical)-

Wild Yam Extract Cream

St. John's Wort

Omega Oil portfolio

Toxic Overload-

Cider Vinegar Mineral Tonic (50/50 ACV & Blackstrap Molasses in water)

Colon cleanse w/ Red clover

Proper Body Hydration (Lemon water drank all day long)

Myalgia-

Cut red meats, cut colas coffees and sugars add High Quality proteins & a B

Vitamin portfolio

General localized Pain blend:

Cayenne, MSM, Boswellia, Grapplewood

Anti-inflamatory External Balm:

Cayenne, Wintergreen Rub mixed together, Wrap after slathering it on

This can all be further enhanced with magnet therapy if need be. God Bless

WU

My question with this is about the cider vinegar. If you already

are too acid, wouldn't this contribute to the problem or, like

lemon, does cider vinegar turn alkaline as soon as it gets into your

system?

RE *Apple Cider Vinegar and Black-Strap Molasses*.

Note: I understand Black-strap Molasses is high in Vitamin B6 and

Iron; Vitamin B6 is effective for treating " Carpel-Tunnel Syndorme " .

Recipie: do you just mix a tablespoon of ACV with Molasses? no H20?

How often to you take? What happens if I miss this formula w/H20? A.-

Interesting point. This is the second bout of this I have had this

year and the circumstances were nearly identical. Each time I tried

to return to school I got severe knee pain. Back in Feb. it actually

kept me from going and I dropped my classes. This time I decided to

tough it out, but it's really difficult. I even mentioned to my

husband that I thought there might be a pschosomatic element to this.

My diet is very healthy so I don't think it's that.

It's interesting that you mention a common denominator

(school) in your knee pain. I was just reading " The

Yeast Connection " by William Crook today and he

mentioned how yeast problems are more noticeable when

it is damp or moldy in an area. Can this (a yeast

problem) be a possibility?
