Is MSM something you should take regularly because we " need " it or is

it an " extra " something to boost your health? I took it last year but

had so many problems taking it (I was taking 250mg every 2-3 days and

my low blood sugar got uncontrollable and I shook all the time,

etc...) so I couldn't take it anymore and stopped. I was wondering if

I should try it again if I need it...
