Guest guest
I am having a time of it with my teeth now. As evidenced from a previous post I had a tooth pulled and ended up with thrush because of the antibiotics I was on. That was a week ago. The more I read about dental work and metal and links to disease the less dental work I want. The tooth being pulled was my idea of course the dentist wanted to do a root canal and crown. Since the tooth pulled was the fourth molar she " consented " . Well today, I had a tooth break on me lengthwise (third molar top right side). This is one she had set up for a canal and crown and she's reluctant to pull because my teeth might shift. I know my health is my decision but I would like to hear opinions from others if they were in this situation. To avoid additional tooth issues, are there any herbs or regimens that support oral health? Any chance anything rebuilds or restores damaaged teeth? I just need to know where to start researching my pros and cons. TIA Me
Guest guest
## "Me" p31ladee Dentist reluctant to pull because my teeth might shift. ## Just wanted to share that I had two molars pulled when I was a teenager. Back then replacing them with a bridge was not an option. Many years later I had a dentist want to do this for me, but decided against it. My teeth have drifted some, but not bad. I can live with it and I'm 62 now. Hope this helps. Love and light. Micki
Guest guest
Hiya Me, I applaud your aversion to root canals. I have one and it will be pulled as soon as I can afford it. Ditto for my husband. Root canals + crowns = BIG money for dentists, BAD health for us. We both can feel the ill effects of having these dead pathways directly into our bloodstream. I will never again consent to such a thing. To answer your questions; yes teeth can re-enamalize. Your diet must be pretty much squeeky clean, and your mineral intake must be correct. In the meantime you can fight off infection by using Colloidal Silver and Hydrogen Peroxide orally. (NOTE: Don't drink the Hydrogen Peroxide, but swish with it, then rinse well.) Also avoid toothpastes as they contain glycerine which coats the teeth and prevents their re-mineralization. Instead use a salt/baking soda mix or an organic bar soap for brushing, rinsing thoroughly twice each time. Personally I use both; salt/baking soda/ Peppermint EO in the morning, on a brush wetted with H2O2, organic bar soap at night. I always swish with CS after brushing. This regimen has eliminated all gum infections, and I have gum disease. I have a few broken teeth as well (a real testament to seeing a dentist as regularly as recommended all of one's life). I've left them and all has been well following the above. There is a lot of info out there. My recommendation is to read as much as you can, be as informed as possible. -Raine Me wrote: I am having a time of it with my teeth now.
