IBS/Stuff

HI! I have a question for you about your IBS. Do you drink any kind of soda's? Any kind of sugarry drinks? Or intake alot of sugar into your daily intake. thanks. yes I have to drink coke when my headaches get bad.i haven't found an alt yet. peppermint helps when it's past the coke remedy. i hate that i drink so much esp with my bad teeth, but i haven't as i said, found a better solution and it keeps me from fainting.
