I'm sorry that I haven't said thanks over the past few days for all of the information and help send my way. I am a very active person and have been searching for natural's ways to help make improvements with my health and the stress of arth. stiffness and pain. As a lot of us know, this goes although with the weather changes that we notice the problems most of the time. I can always tell when we are going to get rain before it does rain.

I do like the idea about less meat and dairy, which I already do and eat a lot of veggies and whole grains. I have a large garden and we eat fresh veggies all summer and in the winter since I do a lot of canning know this is more healthily than purchasing from the stores. I do think I will try the carrot juice which I have been thinking of doing in the past and never have done and also be thring the Garden Of LIfe Super Green Formula ugh, over the past few months. I drink mostly water and once in a while a herbal tea during the day and very little coffee, and my weight is around 130 lbs give or take and usually over the summer with the garden and yard work I can drop down to 120 lbs. and I'm almost 5' 7" tall so weight at this time at almost 60 is not a problem. I do live my fresh fruits and vegables. For this reason I had picked up a book called SuperFoods Health Style and hopefully this will also help in my knowledge of improving my over all health also.

As for the cod liver oil ygh! My mom use to give it to use kids when we were younger and I just can't stand the though of taking it this point of my life but I do take fish oil, 1000 MG everyday to help with the omega -3 fatty acids and EPA/DHA cource in my diet.

I will also try a few of the idea's in the files over the next few week and hope to look for an improvement. The only way is natural healing for me. In the past I had taken meds that the Dr. perscribed, and started with stomach problems so I took myself off and since then I have going natural and always searching for ways to improve.

Thanks so much for everyone's help and I"m sure a few of us have learned what we have been all looking for.

Happy Memorial Day!

Donna
