Guest guest Posted May 29, 2006 Report Share Posted May 29, 2006 I can't remember who but someone posted a while back about peeling garlic being hard and I think it was for making TT...I read about a culinary trick for peeling garlic and it works well. Put the clove on its side, then take a knife (any knife will do-found butter knife works quite well) but lay the knife on the clove so the knife is flat, then pound the knife with the heel of your hand. When you snip the end of the garlic off, the whole peel most times will come right with it. Just thought i'd share, eating garlic every day it sure has helped me quicken things up!
