# how do you take the slippery elm? can my 4 year old take it?

My grandkids just take a babyspoon in their mouths, (you know kids) they

like it this way, but I'm of the mind to add water and make a liquid of it.

You can even put in a little honey if it's not palatable, I don't mind the

taste at all. Your 4 year old should be able to tolerate it just fine as

long as she is not on medications. I doubt it would hurt her then, but I

hate medications and when taking herbals one has to do the research. Good

luck, this is so slick for me, I've suffered from Asthma all my life and

very rarely use my inhaler anymore because of ginger and slippery elm. I'm

becoming quite natural and the difference it has made in my personality is

amazing. I'm full of energy, I love life and I'm 62. Everyone thinks I'm

in my 40's. I always hug people when they tell me that. Many blessings.
