## I was told yesterday I gave my daughter her rotting teeth. Does anyone have any wisdom or help in this? I know it's not from nursing her. I can't believe she has to have 2 crowns she's only 19m :::(.Stuck ##

I have a friend who had the same problem with both of her toddlers, she gave them apple juice all the time in a bottle. The high sugar content rotted their teeth. Of course they got these bottles everytime they were put down to sleep. Also, caries can be hereditary, how awful that the dentist blamed you. That was wrong, just fix it. That's the best thing you can do at this point, do not blame yourself. I had one who had problems early on, one who did not. Teaching them good oral hygiene is the best remedy for this problem. Good luck.
