I have been juicing and adding 2 cloves of garlic to each of my 2 cups of veggie juice I drink daily and so far it works well for me. My sons and hubby however hate the heat and intensity of the fresh garlic in the juice. Is garlic still as effective mixed with foods or just chopped and taken down with water? Does heating the garlic make it less effective? Are there types of garlic that are less intense tasting but still good for health? And finally, they sell pre-minced garlic in my market(fresh in a jar) is that stuff any good or should I stick with buying the bulbs? Thanks and sorry I'm asking so many questions!
