May 26th 2006 Dear Friends, I sent you a newsletter recently about creating a preparedness kit for you and your family in case of a natural disaster or tough times, and I thought I should add to that “Boy Scout” advice with a few more suggestions that should be easy enough to put into effect. Personally, I feel the following is essential. Over the last several months, the price of gas has gone sky high, and looks as if it’ll continue on this trend. The wars in Iraq and Afganistan are escalating, and there’s a large possibility that America will end up going to war with Iran. Add to this the fact that Russia (the world’s second largest oil producer) has created its own Oil Bourse and will no longer be trading in US dollars, it is plain to see that the American economy which is already inflationary, is heading for even rougher times than it’s already experienced. Gold and Silver have both gone up quite dramatically (Silver over a 100%) in the last year while the dollar has continued to slide against other currencies. Honestly, I don’t think one needs to be a soothsayer to see that there are going to be some tough times ahead. I normally don’t like getting into doom and gloom type scenarios, but I think it is foolish not to observe and acknowledge what is happening around us. The signs & indicators are as plain as can be. Without getting too deeply into my own personal plans (I am willing to discuss these if you are interested), I think it only makes good sense to set aside a 3 month store of organic food for each family member. I also feel it would be very prudent to invest a couple of thousand dollars into Gold and Silver bullion coins. At the moment Gold and Silver are still affordable, but this could change overnight with both of them going outrageously high. Setting a few dozen coins aside for a rainy day only makes good sense. Lastly, make sure you have access to a quality water source and / or a good water purifier, and get that med kit together as I suggested in that last newsletter. Time’s not standing still for anyone. We don’t need to be part of the problem, we need to be part of the solution. And I want my friends to survive. As usual, I wish you Love, Health and Happiness, Doc
