OK here's my problem, maybe someone can help. It seems that the older

I get the gasier I get. Is there an herb that can help with this?? I

do drink Soy milk and I know that can give you gas - but even when I

don't drink the soy I still have gas. What good is that it usally

doesn't smell - I'm just passing air and lots of it :-). Any ideas??

Digestive Enzymes with every meal. As you age your body has less

abililty to digest it's food properly and therefore ends up causing

gas and other intestinal problems. Acidophilus would also be very

useful here.

Hi Leslie,

I am new here but thought I would jump in. I use Papaya (the big chewy pills) and fennel seed. I keep a little packet of fennel seed in my pocketbook and just chew on a pinch of it if the 'need arises.' It usually works

Hi Leslie!

I to have lots of gas. I drink ginger, fennel and peppermint tea to control mine. Even after eating pinto beans my flatulence is reduced.

My recipe is a level teaspoon of each in the basket of a 12 cup coffee maker. I reuse the grounds once more.

I am retired and cannot afford a $4 box of tea all the time so I buy bulk from Spicediscounters.com.
